Future Forward

Future Forward: Scenario Planning Workshop

August 14–15, 2025 | Atlanta, Georgia

The future won’t wait—neither should you.
The world is shifting faster than ever, and HIV-focused nonprofits must be ready to navigate change with confidence. Future Forward is a two-day strategic lab where leaders from across the Southern United States will explore possible futures, prepare for emerging challenges, and chart bold new paths forward.

Through immersive sessions, scenario-building exercises, and cross-role collaboration, you’ll:

•  Scan the horizon for trends shaping the HIV movement.

•  Explore multiple futures with the PPSS Model (Pivot, Partner, Sleep, Stop).

•  Design strategic responses that keep your mission strong in any environment.

•  Align your team across board, leadership, and program levels for united action.

By the end, you won’t just be ready for what’s next—you’ll be ready for anything.
