Welcome to this self-directed, self-paced introductory training module designed to increase the knowledge and capacity of community-based organizations and other programmatic staff by equipping them with essential skills to navigate growth, disruption, and transformation with clarity and confidence.

This latest module from the Emory COMPASS Coordinating Center explores foundational principles of Change Management to help organizations lead through transitions effectively and sustainably.

This training was developed with financial support provided through the Gilead COMPASS Initiative® and with the support of  staff, graduate research assistants, and community partners at Emory Centers for Public Health Training and Technical Assistance, Emory University.
